Uptown Gift Shops by Audra Style - Vendor Boutique Marketplace

We are looking for unique retailers, creators, makers, artists, and boutique owners interested in opening a shop in our New Bern location!

Who and what we are looking for:

-We would like to maintain the upscale yet affordable boutique and gift shop feel of our current store. Applicants will be juried and may be asked to provide example images of booth set up.

-We are open to artists, brands, makers, and designers who are seeking a physical storefront for their online or event/pop-up business.

-We are also open to boutique and shop owners looking for a second or satellite location for their current business.

-Product wishlist includes graphic tee shirts and embroidery, candles, pottery, home decor, women's clothing, accessories such as handbags and belts, children's items, personal care items such as handmade soaps and lotions, outdoor decor, stationery, furniture, food items, and more!

-We are not accepting any more jewelry vendors at this time with the exception of genuine gold, silver and gemstone.

-We will consider a true vintage/antique vendor. Items must be at least 30 years old. We are not accepting secondhand/thrift store vendors at this time.

Requirements for Vendors:

-Free Application

-Booth/Shelf/Display/Slat Wall rent with 6 Month Lease. See below for rates.

-Security Deposit equal to rent

-10% Commission

-Vendor is responsible for setting up booth and replenishing stock

What we provide:

-A physical location to sell your products without having to worry about the overhead costs, staffing, insurance, advertising, etc.

-Established retail location

-Trained staff to run the cash register and assist customers

-Overhead cost covered (phone, utilities, sales tax, bags, etc)

-Dressing room

-Social media presence

-Increased web presence

-Collaborations

-Advertising

-Special events and promotions

-Payouts for sales from the previous month on the 15th of the following month minus rent and commission.

-An online portal where vendors can log in and manage inventory and see sales reports and payout information.

-A community of makers and business owners benefitting from each other's knowledge and talents.

Display/Space options and monthly rates:

-Entire book shelf or cabinet. 4-5 shelf free standing unit. - $125/mo. We have several available or the vendor can provide their own.

-4'x6' slat walls - $250/mo. Pegs available, first come. Great for jewelry, keychains, purses, etc. We have 3 walls available.

-3'x8' slat walls - $250/mo each. Great for jewelry, keychains, purses, accessories, tees, and clothing. We have 3 available.

-Table displays - $250-$500/mo depending on size and floor area. Great for jewelry, decor, art, tees, gifts, candles, etc. We have several options available.

-10'x10' open floor space - $500/mo. Vendor can fill this space with whatever racks, cabinets, furniture displays they would like. We have 4 or 5 open floor spaces available.

-Custom spaces and rates available upon request.
