FAQ - Shipping, Returns and Care


Our ultimate goal is for you to receive your order and for you to love it and spread the word! Because we are a very small business, we like to be up front about our policies that help us continue to operate sustainably, maintain the quality you expect, and provide a great experience for all of our customers. We genuinely appreciate your support and understanding. It allows us to keep doing what we love while serving you with care and intention. ♥

Please take a moment to read through the policies listed below before making a purchase. By completing the purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Shipping:

We ship all items to all 50 states. If you receive a message at checkout that says items in your cart cannot be shipped to your state, please email us at info@audrastyle.com so that we can correct the issue.

Most items are made to order by our small team in our production studio. We are not able to keep a stock of inventory on most items due to high demand. Sometimes we are able to ship orders within 1-3 business days, depending on inventory availability, but most of the time, our small team will need to make your purchase to order in our studio. Please allow up to 2 weeks or 10 business days, accounting for holidays, for your order to be shipped from our studio in New Bern, NC. Our 2-week lead time is production time and does not account for the time it takes for the order to arrive once it is handed over to our mail carrier. Once handed over to the mail carrier, we have no control over shipping speed or transit issues. Please email us prior to placing your order if you need it quickly. We are often able to accommodate rush orders.

Please contact us immediately if you would like to edit your order. We may not be able to make changes if production has already begun.

Exchanges can only be made on print sizes 11x14 and smaller. The customer is responsible for return shipping for exchanges and for new shipping charges. Exchanges cannot be made on prints and canvases 16x20 or larger. Because each item is made to order, exchanges cannot be made on any other item in our shop except small prints.

Some items are made to order by our production partners and will ship separately from their facility. If you have received only part of your order, it is most likely because it will be shipped in two shipments. Please allow up to 10 business days for an item to be created and shipped. Aprons ship from the UK and can take 3-4 weeks for delivery. Crossbody bags can take up to 3 weeks to ship. 

Tracking will be provided for each shipment. Sometimes there is a delay in tracking between dispatch to the postal facility and acceptance by the facility. Tracking will begin once the package is accepted. We do not have further access to information other than what the tracking provides. We do not have control over transit issues. 

Most items are shipped USPS First Class Package, which includes tracking. Upgraded shipping will not speed up production time since each piece is made to order. 

For customers who opt for expedited shipping, Audra Style is not responsible for delayed service once the package leaves our facility. 

International shipping is based on destination and is calculated at checkout.

Though rare, occasionally transit issues occur. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not have access to more detailed information other than what the online tracking provides.  We do not have control over shipping speed or transit issues. If the tracking on your order shows that the package is stalled in transit for more than 5 days, a Mail Search Request can be submitted through USPS.com.  If the tracking on your order shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office, your mail carrier or USPS at 1(800) 275-8777 for further information. 

Please reach out to info@audrastyle.com and we will assist you as best as we can with any issues that may arise that are not addressed here. Emails will be answered within 2 business days. 

Returns:

To keep our costs down, we do not keep stock of the items we offer.

Each item is instead made especially for you at the time of your order, and therefore, all sales are final. If you have a question about color, size, or material, please contact us prior to purchaseReturns will only be accepted if there is damage.

Earrings, in particular, cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety.

Phone cases are made-to-order for you at the time of purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please make sure to order the correct size for your phone style. Please read the description carefully. If there is a question about sizing, please email before placing your order.

All other items are final sale unless damaged. Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged. Email photos of the damage, and we will issue a replacement.

Returns for an exchange due to damage will be processed once the item is received, and the customer will receive a replacement of the current version. If the product is no longer in production, the customer will receive a store credit or an exchange of equal value.

Discounts and Coupon Codes: 

No discounts or coupon codes can be applied to purchases of original artwork on canvas. If a coupon code is applied, the sale will be canceled.

Care and Product Info:

Due to the handmade nature of our product, please handle your items as you would a piece of art. Avoid getting pieces wet, especially those made with dyed beads and leather. Each piece is finished with professional-grade sealer; however, in the heat, color may transfer if pieces are stacked facing each other. When traveling, we suggest wrapping pieces individually in tissue paper or paper towel. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days to process a replacement.

All metals used in our pieces are nickel-free. Posts and hooks are gold-plated stainless steel and generally safe for sensitive ears and skin; however, each person's sensitivity is different, so please take note.

Each piece is cut from a larger printed canvas; therefore, the pattern will be slightly different from the photo based on how your piece is cut. Please take the lighting and your computer or mobile screen's display into account when considering color. 

If you have any questions about the size of a piece, please contact us prior to purchase or refer to our social media accounts for our pieces being worn. Our earring cards measure 2”x2” for scale reference. 

If you elect to change posts to wires, we will remove the stud and connect the wire to the next section. We cannot add wires to the stud piece. If you would like to modify your earrings, please leave a note at checkout but we also ask for you to follow up immediately with an email to info@audrastyle.com to confirm the changes, as sometimes the notes on the order can be missed.

Please direct any retail questions, inquiries, and customer service issues to info@audrastyle.com. Emails are generally answered within 24 hours on weekdays.

Repair: 

Most of the time, we can repair jewelry that has become unwearable due to stud damage or jump ring failure. We will not repair jewelry that has become damaged due to negligence, such as dog chewing or swimming while wearing jewelry. If you have a pair of earrings that need to be repaired, please email us with photos. Please send repairs to the following address:

Please include your name and return address. *Please note that some of our items cannot be repaired and Audra Style LLC is not responsible for any damages that occur after the product is received by the customer. 

Subscription Boxes:

*Please note, you will receive the earring and/or bracelet of the month. This subscription service is a grab-bag type of plan and NO EXCHANGES will be made unless there is damage to the item. WE DO NOT TAKE REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC STYLES, COLORS, SHAPES. Every subscriber receives the same style of the month. If you want specific pairs, please purchase those separately. You can only cancel your subscription after three months. We require a 3-month commitment because you are receiving earrings and or bracelet at almost HALF of the retail price and free shipping. All subscriptions including prepaid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the customer. No coupon or discounts can be applied to subscription boxes.

From a desktop computer, you can manage your subscriptions at any time by logging into your account. To cancel your subscription, log into your account and click the first Manage Subscription tab directly under Account Details. Contact us at info@audrastyle.com for further assistance.

Because subscriptions fluctuate from month to month, we make each subscription to order and ship them in batches. Subscriptions placed before the 15th of the month will be shipped on the 3rd full week of the month. Subscriptions placed after the 15th of the month will be shipped on the 1st full week of the next month. 

If you need to change the address that your subscription box is sent to, please email us at info@audrastyle.com. Address changes have to be made by us, not the customer, since it is a recurring order. Please refer to our FAQ page here for answers to most questions and concerns.

Wholesale:

Please use your passcode to visit our wholesale page. If you haven't applied for wholesale and would like to carry our line, please fill out our wholesale application for approval. 

Loyalty points:

To access your Audra Style Loyalty points, please login to your account on audrastyle.com and locate the small, golden purse icon in the lower right corner of your screen. Click on the purse icon to see your available loyalty points and follow the prompts to use your points to create discount codes that can go towards your future Audra Style purchases!

Where and how are Audra Style brand jewelry and accessories made?

Audra Style brand jewelry and accessories are designed by Audra Sampson in her studio in New Bern, NC, from her original artwork. We then reproduce the artwork on wood, acrylic, and leather for the components of the jewelry in our production studio in New Bern. The jewelry is also assembled by our team and shipped from our production studio in New Bern. 

We also reproduce Audra's artwork on wood blocks, art prints, canvases, trays, license plates, stickers, and more in our New Bern studio.

We offer a selection of hand-painted items by Audra, including glassware, original works on canvas, planters, photo frames, wallets, clutches, and more. If an item is hand-painted it will be noted in the item description.

We do partner with outside companies to source additional components to complete our products such as beads, metals, etc. We work with partner printers for a few of the products we offer, such as phone cases, garden flags, and pillows.
